Your journey, your quote
Your quote reflects the journey you arrange, including the date and time, addresses, vehicle and any agreed extras. Airport tariffs are not KB fares.
Ask the office what parking, waiting and other charges are included or may apply. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London. Send your details using the quote form, or call 020 8870 8888.
Arriving at Luton
Agree the meeting arrangements with our office before you travel, so your driver can take you on to the right address.
Give us your airline, flight number and arrival date and time so we can coordinate your collection. If your flight or plans change, contact the office. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Ask the office to agree your meeting point and contact arrangements. Luton’s paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a short walk from the terminal and uses cashless, barrier-free number-plate recognition; it is not automatically your agreed meeting point. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.
Send the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, with the entrance and any extra stop, so the driver knows where you need to go.

Your Kensington destination
High Street Kensington, South Kensington and Kensington (Olympia) are distinct destinations. High Street Kensington Station is W8 5SA, while Kensington Olympia is W14 0NE. The full address and entrance, rather than a station name alone, identify your destination.
If you are comparing public transport, the DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway. From Parkway, Thameslink or East Midlands Railway connects to St Pancras. Select Luton Airport (LUA) when buying a combined rail-and-DART ticket; a Parkway-only ticket is different.
The airport-end connection does not complete the journey to your Kensington address: you will still need to plan the onward local journey from St Pancras, including any changes and luggage.

Practical answers for planning your arrival.
Yes. Your private-hire transfer can take you to your booked home, hotel or office address. Give us the postcode and entrance, and mention any extra stops; the stations in the public-transport comparison are alternatives, not the default destination.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together. Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item.
A saloon suits a lighter load, an estate offers more luggage space and an MPV accommodates a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry; the office can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Parking and waiting may be charged separately. Ask the office what is included in your quote and what charges may apply to your arrival.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
If you need to change the time, destination or other material details, the booker or authorised contact should request the change with the office. The office will confirm any accepted change and revised charge; a pending request is not an accepted change.
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
