Give the full Kew address and postcode, with the entrance or access details and any additional stops. Kew Gardens station, Kew Bridge station and the Kew Gardens visitor gates are different places: name the actual point you want booked.
Share your travel date, flight number and the time you want to reach Stansted Airport for check-in. Use your airline’s recommended arrival time when discussing when to leave. For rail, plan the Kew leg to Liverpool Street or Tottenham Hale, then take Stansted Express to the airport. Liverpool Street connects with the Underground and Elizabeth line; Tottenham Hale connects with the Victoria line. The Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale. Check the timetable for your travel date, particularly for early departures.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey starts at the address you agree with KB Cars, rather than at a station by default. Include the postcode, entrance and any additional stops when arranging it.
Choose for the passengers and their combined luggage, not the seats alone. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Tell the office about case and cabin-bag sizes, pushchairs or unusual items so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. Tell the office about the help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one. Share the child’s relevant seat requirements so availability and suitability can be confirmed.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
