Booked car or rail to Luton?
A pre-booked car takes you from your specified Kingston address to Luton Airport. By rail, plan the journey to your local station and a connection to Luton Airport Parkway, followed by the DART to the terminal.
Your starting point matters: Kingston station is on Wood Street, Hampton Wick on High Street and Norbiton on Coombe Road West. National Rail's platform-access classifications are A, C and B1 respectively; check the relevant directions and current assistance or lift information when planning with luggage.
Thameslink serves Parkway from several London stations, including St Pancras and London Bridge; East Midlands Railway's Luton Airport Express also connects St Pancras with Parkway. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, the airport advises selecting Luton Airport (LUA), rather than Parkway alone.

What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your cases and cabin bags together. Include pushchairs, folding wheelchairs and unusual items so the office can match the vehicle to the whole party and load, not just the number of seats.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can coordinate a suitable arrangement. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. If you are travelling with a child, you can bring a suitable seat or ask us to arrange one; give the office the child's relevant seat requirements so availability, suitability and cost can be confirmed.
