Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus the relevant entrance and any extra stops. Your booked address, rather than a nearby station, is the destination.
Alternative: DART and rail via Luton Airport Parkway The DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway station. From Parkway, Thameslink serves London stations including St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge; East Midlands Railway links Parkway with St Pancras. Plan your onward changes, walking and luggage to your Kingston address. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, the airport advises selecting Luton Airport (LUA); a Parkway-only ticket is a different product.

YOUR LOCAL DESTINATION
For a rail comparison in KT1, Kingston station is on Wood Street and is listed as step-free category A; Hampton Wick station is on High Street and is listed as category C. Both are served by South Western Railway, but your booked address determines where your private hire journey ends.
In KT2, Norbiton station on Coombe Road West is a separate South Western Railway reference point, listed as step-free category B1. Consider the walk, luggage and station access for your own destination; check current assistance and lift information if needed.

Yes. Book your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. The stations mentioned above are public-transport reference points, not your default private-hire destination.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV can suit a larger party; Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. It can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable collection. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If the meeting point is inaccessible, discuss a workable alternative with the office.
An extra escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
