An escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge agreed. KB does not currently have vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.

Your starting point matters: Kingston station is on Wood Street (KT1 1UJ), Hampton Wick on High Street (KT1 4DQ), and Norbiton on Coombe Road West (KT2 7AZ). National Rail classifies their step-free access as A, C and B1 respectively; check the applicable directions and current assistance or lift information.
- Via Liverpool Street: reach London Liverpool Street first, then take Stansted Express to Stansted Airport. Liverpool Street also connects with the Underground and Elizabeth line.
- Via Tottenham Hale: connect to Stansted Express from the Victoria line. The Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale; it is not a direct train.
- Check the timetable for your travel date and plan each local and airport-end leg, particularly for an early flight or when carrying luggage.

Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
