Choose the address, not just the postcode
KT1 and KT2 cover different destinations. Give us the full address and entrance for your home, hotel or office; a station is not the default destination for your private hire.
For a public-transport comparison, Stansted Express connects the airport with London Liverpool Street, where there are Underground and Elizabeth line connections. Tottenham Hale connects with the Victoria line; the operator's Stratford option requires a change there. You will still need to plan the onward connections and local final leg with your luggage.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Your private hire journey can take you to your booked home, hotel or office address in Kingston. Give us the full address and postcode, the right entrance and any additional stops; the stations in the rail comparison are not default destinations.
How do I choose a vehicle for my luggage?
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the seats. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space and an MPV can suit a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry. The office can discuss a suitable arrangement.
What happens if my flight is delayed or I need more time?
Contact the office to discuss your arrival and any change to the collection. Waiting can be chargeable; ask about the applicable waiting and parking costs when arranging your quote. A request to change the booking is not itself acceptance: the office must agree the change and any revised charge.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help with bags or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
