YOUR BARNES DESTINATION
Barnes and Barnes Bridge are different stations
If a station is your destination, be specific: Barnes station is on Station Road, SW13 0HT; Barnes Bridge station is at The Terrace, SW13 0NP. Otherwise, give your actual home, hotel or office address.
National Rail lists Barnes as step-free category B1 and Barnes Bridge as category C; check the relevant directions and assistance information for your journey. Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic but open to pedestrians and cyclists, which matters if your plans involve crossing it.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Book your full Barnes address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. A station mentioned as a public-transport alternative is not the default destination.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us the passenger count and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, together with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the party and the combined load, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, while an estate offers more luggage space. An MPV can accommodate a larger party; discuss both people and bags with the office. Mini Van and Luxury options are by enquiry.
What if my flight is delayed or I cannot find the driver?
Contact the 24-hour office for help. If your arrival plans change, ask the office to agree any change to your booking; a request or acknowledgment alone does not mean the change has been accepted. Calling is a practical option if a time-critical message has not been acknowledged.
Waiting may be chargeable and airport parking is a separate cost. Ask the office about the terms for your collection.
Can I arrange help with luggage or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange suitable assistance. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable, but that does not mean travelling seated in it.
