ARRIVAL TO KEW

Provide your flight details and arrival time so the office can discuss the collection you need. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
London City Airport lists a separate paid Pick Up zone; a forecourt drop-off is not a waiting arrangement. Agree the meeting point and contact arrangements with KB Cars before travel. If you and your driver cannot find each other, our office can help.
Travel on to your home, hotel, office, station or visitor gate. Tell us the exact destination rather than just ‘Kew’.
Alternatively, travel by DLR London City Airport has its own DLR station. The airport guide identifies Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal as interchange connections. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal. Use TfL’s travel-date planner for the complete journey to Kew, including changes and luggage.

LOCAL DETAILS
Kew Gardens station is at Station Approach, Richmond, TW9 3BZ. Kew Gardens’ Victoria Gate is a separate visitor destination at TW9 3JR. If you are visiting the gardens, name the gate you need.
Kew Bridge station is a different destination at Kew Bridge, Kew, Greater London, TW8 9QS. For a home, hotel or office, provide the full address and postcode so the quote matches the place you need to reach.

Yes. Give us your full destination address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. You can also choose a station as your destination; it is not the default drop-off.
Tell us how many people are travelling and describe their luggage together, including suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. The vehicle needs to suit the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
Airport tariffs are separate from the KB Cars fare, and waiting can be chargeable. Ask the office about the applicable parking and waiting arrangements and costs for your collection.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
