Your quote is based on the London City Airport collection, your exact destination, travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Ask the office what parking and waiting charges are included or may apply; airport tariffs are not KB fares.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Agree your airport collection and onward journey with the office before you travel.
Give us your travel date, flight number and arrival details so the office can arrange your London City Airport collection. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
London City Airport lists a separate paid Pick Up zone; the forecourt drop-off is not permission to wait for an arriving passenger. Ask the office to agree the meeting point, contact arrangements and relevant parking and waiting costs. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.
Provide your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, the entrance and any extra stop. Name the actual destination rather than relying on a station label: Vauxhall and Nine Elms are different local references.
Taking the DLR instead? London City Airport has its own DLR station, with interchange connections including Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal, and requires a further connection. Use TfL journey planning for your travel date and plan the final leg to your address separately.

VAUXHALL, SW8 AND SE11
Vauxhall Underground Station is an SW8 reference; Oval and Kennington are separate SE11 station references. Nine Elms and Vauxhall are different stations. If your destination is a station, name it explicitly rather than assuming a nearby address or station is interchangeable.

Yes. Book your transfer to your home, hotel or office address, including the postcode and entrance, and tell us about any additional stops. A station mentioned as a public transport alternative is not your default private-hire destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, together with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and load, not just the number of seats.
An estate is an option for more luggage, while an MPV can accommodate a larger party. Discuss mini van or luxury requirements with the office; these are by enquiry.
Waiting can be chargeable, and the airport has a paid Pick Up zone. Ask the office what is included in your quote and what waiting or parking charges may apply to your collection.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; if you need an escort inside a building, the office will agree the arrangements and any cost with you.
A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable, but KB does not currently have vehicles for travel while seated in a wheelchair.
