BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
A little planning helps us arrange the right pickup and your preferred airport arrival.
Give us your full address and postcode, the entrance and any access instructions. If you need a station pickup instead, name the station: Vauxhall Underground, Oval and Kennington are separate points. Nine Elms is a different station from Vauxhall.
Use your airline’s guidance to choose when you need to reach the terminal, and give the office your flight number and target arrival time. London City distinguishes terminal forecourt drop-off from pickup parking; vehicles must not wait or be left unattended on the forecourt.
Tell us the number of travellers and the number and size of cases and cabin bags. Include pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items so the office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
Need a return or extra stop? Ask the office to discuss additional stops or a return when arranging your outward journey. Any extras and their cost can be agreed as part of your booking.

For public transport, the airport-end destination is London City Airport DLR station. Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal are listed interchange points. Plan your Vauxhall-to-interchange leg and check the route, timetable and accessibility for your travel date.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey starts at the address you give us, rather than a station by default. Include the postcode and entrance, and tell the office about any additional stops.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. Tell the office how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any large or unusual items.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can accommodate a larger party. Discuss the combined load with the office before choosing.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; if you need an escort inside a building, the office will agree the arrangement and any cost with you.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask us to arrange one in advance. Give the office the child’s relevant seat requirements so it can confirm availability, suitability and the charge.
