ARRIVING AT LUTON
Agree your collection before you travel, with a destination and vehicle suited to your party.
Give the office your arriving flight number, travel date and expected time, and make clear that you are travelling from Luton Airport to Barnes. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss the meeting point and contact arrangements with the office before travel. Luton’s signed Pick Up/Drop Off guidance describes airport facilities, not a fixed KB Cars meeting point. If you and your driver cannot find each other, our office can help.
Provide the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any additional stop. If you need help getting to the car or with luggage, tell the office about your needs.
Rail alternative: Parkway and the DART The DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway, where the Luton Airport Express and Thameslink connect with St Pancras. The DART runs around the clock, but mainline trains have their own schedules. This is not a through service to Barnes: plan the onward leg, changes and luggage separately. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, the airport advises choosing Luton Airport (LUA), rather than Parkway alone.

Barnes and Barnes Bridge are separate stations. If either is your actual destination, name the right one; otherwise give your home, hotel or office address and entrance.
Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic but open to pedestrians and cyclists. This matters if your planned approach or onward connection uses the bridge. The station access categories below apply to those stations, not every SW13 address; check the relevant platform directions and assistance arrangements.

Yes. Book your full Barnes destination address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. A station mentioned as a public-transport alternative is not your default destination.
Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not seats alone. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Executive travel is also available; Mini Van and Luxury options are by enquiry.
Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items. We can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; tell the office what help you need so it can coordinate a suitable arrangement. An optional escort inside a building is a separate service, with any cost agreed for the task.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
