Provide your arriving flight number, arrival date and time so the office can arrange your collection. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Luton pickup facilities are airport-controlled. Give us a working contact number and follow the collection arrangements agreed for your booking. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Give the full address and postcode for your home, hotel, office or named station. Waterloo, Southwark and London Bridge are different locations; the car goes to the destination you book, not a default station.
Alternative: rail via Luton Airport Parkway The terminal is separate from Luton Airport Parkway, with the DART connecting the two. Select Luton Airport (LUA) when buying a combined rail-and-DART ticket; a Parkway-only ticket is different. Thameslink serves London Bridge, while East Midlands Railway's Luton Airport Express serves St Pancras. Plan the onward connection for your travel date and SE1 address.

London Waterloo, Southwark Underground and London Bridge Underground are distinct stations with different addresses. If a station is your destination, name the one you need; otherwise tell us your home, hotel or office address.
Include the full postcode, building entrance and any extra stop. A station in the rail comparison is an interchange, not an automatic destination for your private-hire journey.

Yes. Book your home, hotel, office or named station as your destination, giving the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops. Stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not default private-hire destinations.
Give the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats. An accompanying carer needs a seat too.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
