Travelling via Paddington station
London Paddington Rail Station is on Praed Street, W2 1HQ. Heathrow Express and the Elizabeth line are different options to consider from Paddington when comparing your journey.
From Bayswater or Queensway, allow for your own walk or interchange to Paddington and for carrying your bags. A station-to-airport journey is not the whole journey from your home.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office your child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in the space needed, and agree the arrangement before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Your transfer starts at the address you book, whether that is your home or another agreed location. Stations mentioned in public-transport comparisons are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Can I arrange help with bags or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
How do I arrange and confirm my transfer?
Request a quote online or call our 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888; no app installation is needed. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
