Your quote
Request a quote for your Southend Airport collection and exact Kingston destination. The price depends on the journey, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London.
Ask the office what waiting, parking and other applicable charges are included in your quote. Airport tariffs are not a KB fare. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy; ask the office about the arrangements for your booking.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Plan your arrival
Agree your collection with the office before you travel, so you know where to meet and where you are going.
Give your flight number and travel date so we can coordinate your collection. If your plans change or your flight is delayed, contact the office. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Ask the office to agree the meeting arrangement for your booking. Southend's Express Pick-up and Drop-off is a charged short-stop facility opposite the terminal; it is not necessarily the KB meeting point. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.
Provide the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, with entrance notes and any extra stops. KT1 can mean Kingston or Hampton Wick, while a KT2 address may be near Norbiton.
Rail from Southend Airport via London Southend Airport station is opposite the terminal, connected by a covered walkway. Airport guidance names London Liverpool Street and Stratford as London connections, with Elizabeth line interchanges at Shenfield. Southend Central and Southend Victoria are different stations. This is not a complete Kingston itinerary: plan the changes and final leg to your address for your travel date and luggage.

Your destination
KT1 includes different station reference points: Kingston station is on Wood Street, Kingston, KT1 1UJ, while Hampton Wick station is on High Street, Hampton Wick, KT1 4DQ. Both are listed with South Western Railway; National Rail classifies Kingston as step-free category A and Hampton Wick as category C.
For KT2, Norbiton station is on Coombe Road West, Norbiton, KT2 7AZ, listed with South Western Railway and classified B1 for step-free access. These stations help compare rail access and the final walk with luggage; check current access and assistance details if needed. For your private-hire journey, give us your actual destination rather than choosing a station by postcode.

Yes. Book your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. The stations above are public-transport comparison points, not default collection locations.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not the seat count alone. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury vehicles are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance. Give the office the child's relevant height, weight and seat needs so it can confirm availability and suitability.
