Ask the office what parking, waiting and other extras are included in your quote and what may be charged separately. Waiting can be chargeable; the office can explain the applicable terms. Prepayment may be requested for an inbound collection outside London.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Plan your arrival
Agree your airport meeting and give us the details needed to take you on to the right Barnes address.
Give the office your flight number and arrival date so we can coordinate your pickup. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information. If your flight information changes, contact the office so the arrangements can be reviewed. For a time-critical change, call if your message has not been acknowledged; a change is not agreed until the office accepts it.
Provide a contact number and agree the meeting arrangements with the office. Stansted identifies Short Stay Green and Blue as pickup and drop-off parking options; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.

Compare the Stansted Express The Stansted Express connects the airport with London Liverpool Street, where Underground and Elizabeth line connections are available. It is not a complete journey to Barnes: plan the remaining changes, station access and luggage. A pre-booked car takes you on to your agreed address.

The local detail
Barnes and Barnes Bridge are separate stations: Barnes is on Station Road, SW13 0HT; Barnes Bridge is on The Terrace, SW13 0NP. If either is your destination, name the correct station rather than relying on the area name.
National Rail lists Barnes as step-free category B1 and Barnes Bridge as category C. Check the relevant station access and assistance information if using public transport with luggage. Hammersmith Bridge is open to pedestrians and cyclists but closed to motor traffic, which can affect a road approach near the river.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey can take you to your home, hotel or office in Barnes. Give us the full address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any additional stops.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not the seat count alone. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.

Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the arrangement and any cost separately.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable. Discuss boarding needs and the rest of your luggage with the office.
