Agree the meeting point and contact arrangements with the office. Stansted’s Short Stay Green and Blue are pickup and drop-off parking options; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. Follow the collection plan agreed for your journey.
Give the full home, hotel or office address, postcode and entrance details, plus any additional stops. A station name alone may not identify your destination.

Turnham Green station is on Turnham Green Terrace (W4 1LR), Gunnersbury is on Chiswick High Road (W4 4AN), and Chiswick Park is on Bollo Lane (W4 5NE). These are distinct locations, so give your full address rather than relying on a nearby station name.
For a public transport comparison, allow for the interchange, the final local leg and your luggage. A private hire transfer takes you to your booked Chiswick address.

KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the arrangement and any cost with the office.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance. Give the office the child and seat requirements so availability, suitability and the charge can be agreed.
