CHISWICK PRIVATE HIRE

Chiswick minicabs and transfers Pre-book with a 24-hour office

From local trips to airport and station transfers, arrange the journey that suits you. Contact our office for a quote based on your route, timing, vehicle and agreed extras—no app installation needed.

YOUR JOURNEY, YOUR CHOICE

A practical arrangement from Chiswick

Pre-book a private-hire car for a local journey, an airport or station connection, or a return after an appointment or event. Our 24-hour office can discuss extra stops, vehicle preferences and a clear collection point. Calls answered in under 30 seconds on average.

For a quote, share your exact collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and relevant flight, train or venue information. Tell us about stops, return plans and any assistance, child seat or pet needs. The quote sets out the price and scope; an enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when the office sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

  • Choose a saloon for an ordinary journey, discuss an estate for extra luggage, or ask for a six-passenger vehicle. For seven or eight-plus passengers, enquire with the office. Passenger numbers and luggage must be considered together; tell us about suitcase sizes, pushchairs or other bulky items so we can agree a suitable vehicle.

WAYS TO TRAVEL

Journeys to and from Chiswick

Arrange a local trip, an onward connection or a return with the office.

Local Chiswick journeys

Pre-book a car for work, shopping, appointments, family visits or an evening out. Tell us the door, entrance or meeting point that works for your collection.

Airport transfers

Arrange an outward journey or airport collection and return. Give us your flight details and luggage needs; a different airport or destination requires office agreement and a revised quote.

Station connections

Connect with Turnham Green or Gunnersbury, or ask about another station. Tell us your train time and the entrance or side you need, including any walking or assistance needs.

LOCAL COLLECTIONS

Choose a clear meeting point

For Chiswick House & Gardens, tell the office whether you are visiting or attending an event and which entrance you intend to use. Published visitor information gives Burlington Lane, W4 2RP, and a separate driving postcode, W4 2QN. The visitor car park is off the westbound A4, with a gravel-path walk to the House. Check the venue’s current instructions and admission arrangements, and tell us if the walk is a concern.

Turnham Green Underground Station is on Turnham Green Terrace, W4 1LR; Gunnersbury station is on Chiswick High Road, W4 4AN. Specify the station and the side or entrance you need. These are useful points of reference, not fare boundaries or proof that a driver can stop at a particular place.

  • If your proposed door cannot be used, the office and passenger can agree a lawful, workable alternative. Tell us if you need help reaching the car and remain reachable if collection arrangements need to change.

GOOD TO KNOW

Chiswick journey questions

Practical answers for collections, connections and returns.

What should I include for a venue collection?

Give us the venue name, proposed collection address and intended entrance or side, along with any event or visit details that affect timing. If the door cannot be used, the office and passenger can agree a lawful, workable meeting point; a landmark alone is not permission to stop.

Can you arrange a Chiswick airport or station transfer?

Yes. We can arrange travel to or from an airport or station, including a return. Give the office your flight or train details and any extra stops or assistance needs so the journey and quote can be agreed.

What if I do not know when I will be ready to return?

You have three choices: contact the office when ready, subject to availability; reserve the driver to wait under the applicable chargeable waiting terms; or agree an approximate separate return. Tell the office if you are delayed, as waiting or changes can affect the cost. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or the same vehicle.

What should I tell you about assistance, children or pets?

Tell the office about limited walking tolerance, entry needs, bags and any accompanying carer. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge in advance. Advance notice is not a condition of required disability assistance. An extra escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed; we do not have a wheelchair-accessible fleet.

You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give us the relevant child and seat details. Please disclose pets so a suitable vehicle and driver can be arranged; extra charges may apply, although animals in carriers usually have no extra charge. Assistance dogs are treated separately from ordinary pets.
