Booked car or rail via Parkway?
A booked car starts at your Chiswick address. For rail, allow for your local link into London, the interchange and the DART from Luton Airport Parkway to the terminal; consider luggage and access across the whole journey.
For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, the airport advises selecting Luton Airport (LUA). A ticket to Parkway alone is not the same product.
- Booked car — travel from your specified Chiswick address to Luton Airport; request a quote for your party and luggage.
- Rail via St Pancras — take Thameslink or East Midlands Railway to Luton Airport Parkway, then the DART to the terminal. Plan your local connection from Chiswick.

An estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are available by enquiry; discuss the complete load with the office.
Can I travel with a child seat?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and agree any charge before travel.
Can I get help with bags or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and vehicle.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable, but not with the passenger seated in it. An escort inside a building is a separate arrangement and may be free or carry a charge agreed for the task.
