A clear destination in Chiswick
Chiswick's stations are distinct reference points: Turnham Green is on Turnham Green Terrace (W4 1LR), Gunnersbury is on Chiswick High Road (W4 4AN), and Chiswick Park is on Bollo Lane (W4 5NE). If one helps identify your destination, name it as well as your actual address and entrance.
Comparing public transport? The DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway, which is separate from the airport. Thameslink serves Parkway from St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge; East Midlands Railway also links Parkway with St Pancras. You will still need to plan the onward journey to your Chiswick address.
- For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, the airport advises selecting Luton Airport (LUA); a Parkway-only ticket is not the same product.

What luggage details should I provide?
Give the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the complete party and load together, not just the number of seats. The office can help you choose between a saloon, estate or larger vehicle.
Can I arrange help at the airport?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need and discuss an accessible meeting arrangement. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed with you.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable, but this does not mean travelling seated in it.
Can I travel with a child seat?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the relevant child and seat details so the arrangement and any charge can be confirmed.
