Find your departure gate
The coach station has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals. In Departures, check the monitors for your operator’s gate before boarding.
Plan your arrival before the coach departure
Check your coach operator’s required station-arrival or check-in time and use that as your target, rather than the coach departure time. Allow time to get from the car into Departures and find your gate.

Choose room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
PLAN THE RETURN
Return from Victoria Coach Station to W4
Arrange your return separately: tell the office your arriving coach operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, call the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised collection. A requested change is not complete until the office accepts it.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey and any agreed extras. Send your full W4 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
We can discuss the help you need inside the station. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately; it may be free or carry an agreed charge. Tell our office what help you need so we can discuss the car arrangement.
Station assistance is separate from the car booking, so arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station also has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in a KB booking.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
