London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Share your train operator and service, and choose a station-arrival time that leaves you time to get inside and reach your platform. Chiltern lists step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance.
If you need help inside the station, arrange it with your train operator. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point. Tell our office about your mobility and car access needs too, so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your W4 address, so you do not have to take your luggage to an Underground station before travelling to Marylebone. Allow for the walk inside Marylebone when choosing your arrival time.
Turnham Green Underground Station is on Turnham Green Terrace, W4 1LR. If it helps identify your starting area, mention it, but give us the exact pickup address rather than the station name alone.

If your train or plans change, contact the office and agree the revised collection. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote is based on the journey you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is separate from your car booking: contact your train operator to arrange help inside Marylebone. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell the KB Cars office what help you need with the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss any additional escort inside a building and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair carried as luggage is not the same as travelling seated in it.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
