Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; for seven or more passengers, enquire with the office.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The right choice depends on the whole party and combined luggage, not just the seats.
RETURN JOURNEY
A separate return from London Victoria
For a return to W4, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and arrival time, plus a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically reserve your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Request the change and agree the revised arrangement with us; receipt of a request alone is not acceptance.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote is based on the journey you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passengers and luggage, together with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the office can quote for it.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern may be relevant, depending on your service.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs when arranging the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, ask the office to assess the task and agree any charge; this is separate from railway assistance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
