BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
The right station and the time you need to be there are just as important as your train departure.
St Pancras International, Euston Road, London N1C 4QP, and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Give St Pancras International as your destination when arranging your drop-off, especially for Eurostar.
For Eurostar Standard and Plus departures from London, plan to reach St Pancras by the arrival time on your ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not the arrival target. Eurostar advises downloading your ticket near the travel date for current arrival advice, which differs by route and class.
AT THE STATION
Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Allow for the walk inside the station after your car drop-off.
A pickup from your W4 address means you can start the journey with your luggage there rather than first travelling to a local station such as Turnham Green.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN TO W4
For a return from St Pancras International to W4, tell us the arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and expected arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point with you separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangement. Applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.
GOOD TO KNOW
The car, your rail ticket and any railway assistance are arranged separately.
We quote for the specific journey, including your addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full W4 pickup address, destination, date and preferred pickup time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside St Pancras is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. The station has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; if you need an extra escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
