GROUP VEHICLE HIRE

Six-passenger MPV hire Travel together

Arrange a vehicle for up to six passengers with our 24-hour office. Luggage and seating are considered together; ask us to check availability and quote for your journey.

Capacity and luggage

Six passengers, with the whole load considered

Our six-passenger vehicle is the standard group option when up to six people need to travel together. Six seats do not mean unlimited luggage: passenger layout and the combined load determine whether the arrangement is suitable. An accompanying carer also occupies a seat.

The office can discuss the right arrangement for your group and luggage. If a particular entry, step or seating layout matters, tell us before booking. Where possible, we can discuss a suitable equivalent or upgrade; a material change to the agreed vehicle or fare requires your agreement.

Plan the right vehicle

Choose what matters to your group

Alongside passenger numbers and luggage, consider whether you need a particular vehicle or help getting to it.

Category or specific model

Choose the six-passenger category when travelling together is the priority. If a particular model or presentation matters, ask the office: vehicle examples are illustrative, not guarantees of ownership, allocation or availability.

Access and assistance

Tell us about walking, entry and seating needs, and any accompanying carer. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. We do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so passengers cannot travel seated in a wheelchair. We do not promise weight-bearing lifting or clinical care.

Availability and your quote

Our office checks availability and suitability and can quote for your actual journey, vehicle and agreed extras. Short-notice enquiries are welcome.

Prepare your enquiry

Help us plan the journey

Give the office your exact collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and luggage details. Include any stops, return plans and relevant flight, train or venue information. For a complex or hourly journey, an outline is enough to start the discussion.

Describe a workable meeting point and any walking, entry, child-seat, pet or assistance needs. You can bring a suitable child seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. If the proposed meeting point is inaccessible, we can agree an alternative. For a time-critical change, seek acknowledgment and call the office if a message has not been confirmed; the change itself still needs office acceptance.

GOOD TO KNOW

Six-passenger MPV questions

Check the details that matter before you book.

Can I request a particular make or model?

Yes. Tell the office if a particular model, vehicle style, entry or seating arrangement matters. Examples are illustrative, not a promise that KB owns or will allocate a particular car; we will discuss a suitable category or equivalent before acceptance.

How do you check luggage for six passengers?

The office considers the passenger layout and complete load together before confirming suitability. Give us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items. There is no fixed luggage allowance for every six-passenger vehicle.

Can you help a passenger with limited walking?

Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; tell the office about walking tolerance, entry needs and any carer so we can coordinate suitable help. If an escort inside a building is needed, we can discuss the task and agree any charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles and does not promise weight-bearing lifting, clinical care or trained transfers.

When is the journey actually booked?

Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry asks us to assess the journey, and a quote sets out its price and scope; submitting a form, receiving a price example or attempting payment alone does not confirm a car. If plans change, the booker or authorised contact should ask the office to accept the new details and any revised charge.
