Business travel in Barnes For colleagues, clients and guests

Arrange pre-booked business journeys to or from Barnes with help from our 24-hour office. Request a quote for your journey, vehicle and any stops or return.

FOR BUSINESS BOOKERS

Business journeys built around your plans

Whether you are arranging an office visit, meeting or client journey, our office can discuss the vehicle, collection point, extra stops and return. The quote reflects the journey and agreed requirements, including any applicable waiting or other extras.

Book a one-off journey by card or cash, or enquire about an account for regular travel. Account applications are reviewed and do not automatically grant credit. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms the journey by SMS and/or email.

ARRANGEMENTS

Choose the right arrangement

Plan a single journey or discuss a regular business arrangement with the office.

Meetings and office visits

For a Barnes meeting, event or office visit, give us the building, entrance and preferred meeting point. If access is private or temporarily restricted, we can agree a lawful, practical alternative that takes the passenger’s walking needs into account.

One-off or business account

Card or cash booking is available for a single trip, including while an account application is considered. For an approved account, agree authorised bookers and billing terms with the office. Account jobs receive operational priority and a contact, not a guarantee of immediate arrival.

Vehicle and journey details

Share the collection address, destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, along with any stops, return or assistance needs. Request an estate for extra luggage or discuss an executive vehicle; a six-passenger vehicle is also offered, with luggage considered alongside the passenger count.

BARNES PICKUP DETAILS

Choose the right Barnes meeting point

Barnes station and Barnes Bridge station are different meeting points. Barnes station is on Station Road, Barnes, Greater London, SW13 0HT; Barnes Bridge station is on The Terrace, Barnes, Greater London, SW13 0NP. Give the station name, entrance and onward destination rather than asking for “Barnes” alone.

For a venue, tell us the building, event end time and entrance the passenger will use. OSO Arts Centre’s entrance is on Barnes Green beside the pond behind Cote, rather than on Station Road. Discuss a lawful meeting point and any walking needs with the office.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before you arrange a Barnes journey

Practical answers for arranging travel on someone else’s behalf.

Can I book for a client or colleague?

Yes. An authorised arranger can book for a colleague, client or guest. Keep passenger and arranger contact details clear, and agree whether the coordinator or an approved employee may request changes. A passenger cannot automatically add a new charge to an account. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.

What if the venue entrance or pickup point changes?

Ask the office to change the address, entrance, stop or passenger detail. A request or acknowledgement is not acceptance: the office must accept the material change and send confirmation, including any revised charge. Passengers and drivers can coordinate during an accepted journey, but material changes must reach the operator. For a time-critical change, call if a message has not been acknowledged.

What if the meeting may finish at an uncertain time?

Choose between contacting KB when you are ready, reserving a driver to wait, or arranging a separate approximate return. A ready-call is subject to availability and does not guarantee an immediate car; reserved waiting is chargeable under the agreed terms. A separate return does not retain the outward driver, and waiting or changes may affect its cost. The office can compare the options.

What should an organisation decide before opening an account?

Consider your intended journeys, billing needs and who may book or approve changes. Provide organisation and contact details, and discuss passenger communications and whether monthly billing suits you. You can also confirm invoices, journey receipts and purchase-order references with the office. The office reviews the application and agrees the billing cycle and credit terms on approval; applying does not automatically create credit.
