Kew event transfers Arrivals and returns

Travel to and from your Kew event with a plan that fits your group. Our 24-hour office can quote for your journey and chosen return arrangement.

ARRIVE AND RETURN

An event journey built around your plans

Book a one-way Kew event transfer, arrange travel for an organiser and guests, or discuss several collection and drop-off addresses. Our office can also help plan your journey home, whether the event finishes on time or runs late.

For a useful quote, share your collection and destination addresses, date, event name, ticketed entrance and arrival time, passenger and luggage details, any stops and your preferred return plan. Tell us about vehicle or assistance needs and who is authorised to make changes.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT ARRANGEMENT

Choose your arrival and return

Plan around the ticketed arrival time, the event’s finish and a lawful meeting point.

Fixed arrival deadline

We can plan the outward transfer around the time you need to reach your ticketed entrance, including agreed stops. Give the office the event name, entrance and arrival time shown on your ticket.

Wait-and-return or separate return

Retain a car to wait and return under agreed chargeable waiting terms, agree an approximate separate return, or contact the office when you are ready. A separate return does not retain the outward driver; contact the office if you are delayed, as waiting or accepted changes can affect the cost. If you contact us when ready, a car is subject to availability and immediate collection is not guaranteed.

Pickup point and group contact

One designated organiser can coordinate passengers, vehicles and different addresses. Agree who can authorise changes and where the group will meet. If crowds or closures affect that point, the office can help agree a lawful alternative.

KEW-SPECIFIC PLANNING

Your event entrance matters

An ordinary Kew Gardens visit and a named ticketed event may use different entrances and times. Christmas trail admission differs from daytime admission, and arrangements can vary between Victoria, Elizabeth and Brentford. Use the entrance and time on your current ticket, not an assumed gate; a ticket does not give a vehicle permission to stop there.

Pass the organiser’s latest crowd-control or closure instructions to the office and stay reachable. If anyone has limited walking tolerance, tell us so we can discuss a workable meeting point rather than assuming they can reach a more distant one.

YOUR ARRANGEMENTS

Vehicles for your group

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option. Ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers, additional vehicles, several addresses or hourly hire. Tell us the number of people, suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, and any bulky items so we can discuss a suitable arrangement for the combined load.

Hourly hire reserves a car and driver for an agreed period, with flexible stops if needed. The quote sets out the reserved time, included mileage and agreed extras; waiting within that paid time is included.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about Kew event travel

Practical answers about entrances, group changes and assistance.

Is Kew Gardens the same pickup plan for every event?

No. Ordinary garden visits and named ticketed events can use different gates and times. Give us the event name and the entrance and time on your current ticket so the outward journey is planned for the right arrival.

Can you collect at the event gate?

Only where stopping is permitted. Share the gate or meeting point you have been given; crowds, temporary closures or venue controls may mean agreeing a workable alternative with the office. Event transport does not include admission, a marshal or a guaranteed stop at every exit.

Can one organiser coordinate different returns?

Yes. An organiser or designated contact can discuss several passengers, addresses, vehicles and return destinations. The booker or authorised contact must request a changed time or pickup point from the office, which must accept the change and confirm any revised charge. A request or acknowledgment alone is not acceptance; a passenger should not arrange a new journey directly with the driver.

Can you help someone who cannot walk far from Kew?

Yes. Tell the office about walking tolerance, entry needs, bags, a folding wheelchair or an accompanying carer so we can discuss a workable meeting point and suitable help. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance; this does not limit any required disability assistance. We do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. An escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.

Plan transport with the office

For a single ordinary journey, use the separate journey quote option. The office helps plan groups and multiple vehicles.
