PROM TRANSPORT

Prom transport for arrivals and returns Plan the evening

Arrange a memorable arrival and a practical journey home. Our 24-hour office can discuss your group, return options and a quote based on your plans.

PROM PLANNING

A prom journey planned around your evening

Book a one-way arrival, arrange a separate return, reserve a driver to wait and return, or discuss hourly hire. Our office can help you compare the options for your event and quote for the journey, vehicle and agreed extras.

For younger passengers, agree a responsible contact and a collection, return and handover plan suited to the group. An enquiry or quote is not a booking: the office confirms an accepted booking by SMS or email.

Discuss your plans

CHOOSE YOUR ARRANGEMENT

Choose your arrival and return

Plan for the arrival deadline and choose how to handle an uncertain finish.

Planned arrival

Set an arrival time around the event schedule and share the venue entrance or agreed meeting point. We can discuss a lawful stopping point and any walking or access needs.

Return after the finish

Reserve wait-and-return, arrange a separate approximate return, or contact the office when the group is ready. Waiting is chargeable under the agreed terms. A separate return does not retain the outward car; a car requested when ready is subject to availability, not guaranteed immediately.

Group and handover plan

Plan the return addresses, extra stops and whether the group needs more than one car. For younger passengers, agree the responsible contact, who can coordinate changes and where handover will take place.

VEHICLES AND GROUPS

Choose a vehicle for your group

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option. Ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers, additional vehicles or several addresses. Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases, cabin bags and any bulky items, so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Executive cars and smartly presented drivers can be requested for the occasion. Food and drink need the driver’s agreement; appropriate cleaning or damage charges may apply on the agreed basis.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Make the venue meeting point work

Give us the venue’s full name and the entrance or collection area specified by the organiser. A school gate, hotel forecourt, main entrance or nearby public road may have different access rules. We will discuss a lawful pickup point rather than assume the car can wait at the door; temporary closures may change the approach.

Share the current venue instructions with your enquiry. If anyone cannot walk to a remote meeting point, tell the office about their needs so we can discuss a workable alternative and practical assistance.

GOOD TO KNOW

Prom transport questions

Answers for parents, passengers and organisers planning the evening.

What details should I include in a prom transport enquiry?

Send the event date, full venue name and planned arrival time, along with passenger numbers, luggage, collection and return addresses and a responsible contact. Include extra stops, vehicle preferences and any assistance needs so the office can assess and quote for the arrangement.

What if the prom finish time is uncertain?

Choose between wait-and-return, a separate approximate return or contacting the office when the group is ready. Waiting is chargeable under the agreed terms. A separate return is subject to availability and does not reserve the outward car; contact the office if the group is delayed, as waiting or changes can affect the cost. A car requested when ready is not guaranteed immediately.

Where should passengers meet the car?

Use the venue entrance or collection area specified by the organiser and agree a lawful stopping point with the office. Temporary closures may change the approach. If anyone cannot walk far, let us know so we can discuss a workable alternative.

Who can change the return plan?

The booker or designated authorised contact should request a change through the office. If the event runs late, ask for the new collection to be agreed, including any revised charge. Acknowledgment of a message or a conversation with the driver is not acceptance of the change; wait for the office to confirm it. If a time-critical message has not been acknowledged, call the office.

Plan transport with the office

For a single ordinary journey, use the separate journey quote option. The office helps plan groups and multiple vehicles.
