Arrival at a fixed time
Give us the exact ceremony or reception address and arrival time, along with the relevant entrance or access details. We can plan a direct journey or agreed stops around the deadline.
WEDDING GUEST TRANSPORT
Coordinate guest arrivals, reception journeys and returns with our 24-hour office. Request a quote based on your journeys, vehicles and agreed extras.
A plan for the day
Arrange travel to the ceremony, onward to the reception and home afterwards without treating the whole day as one fixed trip. One organiser can coordinate several cars and destinations, or guests can book their own journeys.
For a quote, share the date, addresses and timings, passenger and luggage numbers, any stops, vehicle preferences and assistance needs. The booker or designated authorised contact can request changes; the office must accept and confirm revised arrangements and any charge. If a time-critical message has not been acknowledged, call the office.

Plan around the ceremony or reception deadline, then choose the return arrangement that suits the celebration.
Give us the exact ceremony or reception address and arrival time, along with the relevant entrance or access details. We can plan a direct journey or agreed stops around the deadline.
Contact us when guests are ready and we will arrange a car subject to availability, without a promise of immediate collection; reserve a driver to wait and return, with chargeable waiting under the agreed terms; or book a separate approximate return and contact the office if delayed. Waiting or changes may affect its cost, and a separate return does not retain the outward driver.
Hourly hire reserves a car and driver for an agreed period, with flexible stops. Your quote sets out reserved time, included mileage and agreed extras; waiting within the paid time is included. Ask the office if you need an extension.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option. Ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers, or arranging additional vehicles for a larger group.
Tell us how many people will travel together and the number and sizes of their suitcases and cabin bags, plus any folding wheelchair or unusual items. The office can then agree a suitable arrangement; an accompanying carer needs a seat.
The right place to meet
Give the office the exact ceremony and reception addresses, rather than just a venue name. Include the room, gate or event entrance if it affects the meeting point, and say where photographs fit into the plan. A nearby station or landmark can help identify the site but does not establish where a private-hire car may stop.
Agree a lawful pickup point and tell guests where to wait and whom to contact. If an entrance is busy or roads are temporarily closed, stay in touch with the office. Let us know about walking distance, steps or the building approach so we can discuss a workable alternative for anyone who needs one.

Practical answers for organisers and guests.
Yes. Guests can arrange their own travel. For shared bookings, the booker or designated authorised contact can request changes. A booking is confirmed when the office sends confirmation by SMS or email; an enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not confirmation.
Yes. We can arrange separate returns, several destinations and additional stops. Give the office each address and preferred timing so the quote and booking record reflect the plan.
Not necessarily: the driver needs a lawful pickup point. Give us the event entrance or meeting point you have agreed. Temporary closures may change it, and access to every gate or parking area cannot be promised.
We can arrange guidance to the car and help loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair free when arranged in advance. Tell the office about limited walking, entry needs, bags or an accompanying carer, including for short-notice journeys. If a building escort is needed, agree the task and any cost with the office; if the meeting point is inaccessible, discuss a lawful, workable alternative.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable, but the passenger cannot travel seated in it.
