GROUP JOURNEYS
From a family outing to a longer journey, our office can help arrange the vehicle, stops and return for your group.
Travel with family, friends or colleagues to airports, rail connections, cruise terminals and longer-distance destinations. Give us the exact terminal or station and your flight, train or sailing details. Airport bookings include flight tracking and free arrivals meet-and-greet; meeting and parking arrangements are agreed for each booking.
Keep the group together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and family visits. We can discuss separate ceremony and reception addresses, extra stops and a return that suits your finish time.
Arrange travel for colleagues attending meetings, students and families going to graduation, or relatives visiting hospital or attending remembrance gatherings. Give us the building or department entrance and any mobility needs so we can plan a suitable arrangement.
LOCAL PLANNING
For a group going to the Bush Theatre from Shepherd’s Bush or White City, knowing which performance space you need helps us plan the journey. Agree a meeting point for the return and let us know when the whole group expects to be ready.
The theatre suggests Pennard Road for drop-off. That is not permission to pick up or wait there: confirm the arrangement for your booking with our office. If a meeting point is difficult for someone to reach, tell us so we can discuss a practical alternative.

Give us 7 Uxbridge Road, W12 8LJ, and say whether you are going to the main theatre or the Studio. The venue suggests Pennard Road for drop-off; confirm the arrangement and any return meeting point with the office.
We can arrange multiple collection or drop-off points and discuss a return plan, including an approximate separate return if the finish time is uncertain. Give us both the ceremony and reception addresses, timings, passenger groups and any bags or pushchairs.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT

Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and the number and sizes of bags. Include pushchairs, child-seat or mobility needs and relevant flight or event details. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We can discuss a suitable 6-seater, or a larger vehicle on request, along with extra stops, hourly bookings and assistance. Short-notice availability, particularly outside London, depends on the booking. An enquiry or quote alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms accepted bookings by SMS and/or email.
Book an outward and return journey, agree an approximate separate return, request a car when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; our office can help you compare the options.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group-travel option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
The amount depends on the vehicle and how many people are travelling. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and other items so the office can confirm a suitable fit. These are passenger vehicles, not a van-hire service.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points and hourly bookings can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact us when ready for a car subject to availability, or arrange for the driver to wait and return. Waiting is chargeable. A separate return does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle; contact the office if you are delayed, as waiting or changes can affect the cost. The office can help you choose.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be carried where suitable; tell the office about boarding, other bags and the help needed so we can confirm the arrangement. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Advance notice helps us arrange this. Optional escort inside a building or other additional help is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to supply one by pre-booking. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
