For Bush Theatre, give us 7 Uxbridge Road and say whether you need the main theatre or Studio. Agree a practical meeting point with the office.

Arrange a car for work, shopping, appointments, family visits or evenings out. Include any extra stops and discuss a return, whether your finish time is known or uncertain.

Make the collection point clear
Shepherd's Bush station is at Holland Park Roundabout, Shepherd's Bush, W12 8LB. If you need East Acton Underground instead, name that station and the entrance or nearby address so the two are not confused.
Bush Theatre is at 7 Uxbridge Road, W12 8LJ. The venue suggests Pennard Road for drop-off; this does not give permission to pick up or park there. Agree a safe, practical meeting point with the office, especially if walking or access is difficult.

Can I ask for a short-notice journey?
Yes. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, subject to availability. KB will confirm an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I do not know my return time?
You have three options: contact KB when you are ready, subject to availability; reserve the driver to wait under agreed chargeable waiting terms; or arrange a separate approximate return. If you are delayed for a separate return, contact the office: waiting or changes can affect the cost. A separate return does not retain the outward car or guarantee the same vehicle.
Can you help if walking or luggage is difficult?
Yes. The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell us about walking tolerance, entry needs, luggage and any accompanying carer so suitable help and a vehicle can be arranged. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable. If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the arrangement and any cost.
Can I bring a child seat or pet?
Yes. Bring a suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one by pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability; give the relevant child and seat details and ask about the charge. Declare ordinary pets so a suitable vehicle and driver can be considered. Animals in carriers usually have no extra charge, but the office must confirm the arrangement and any charge. Assistance dogs are treated separately from ordinary pets.
