Shepherd’s Bush Rail Station is at Holland Park Roundabout, W12 8LB. Shepherd’s Bush (Central) Underground station is on Uxbridge Road, W12 8ND; it is a different station from Shepherd’s Bush Market.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements and agree the arrangement before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; a return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from the address you book, including your home if that is where you want to start. Local stations are alternatives for public transport, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Can I arrange help with luggage or getting to the car?
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office what help you need in advance where possible so it can arrange a suitable driver. An escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; discuss the task and any cost with the office. For airport assistance, Heathrow asks you to arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
