Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks your flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after the job is assigned. We will advise on the meeting option and stay in touch before and around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
The driver normally parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help keep parking costs down.
We can take you to your home, hotel, venue or another agreed address. Include any additional stops when requesting your quote.

Request meet and greet and your driver can meet you inside arrivals at no extra service charge; airport parking is separate. Otherwise, the office will arrange a pickup place with you before or around your arrival. Give us your flight number and terminal, and contact the office if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, along with any pushchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office your child's age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in the space needed for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or for late notice. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting. Later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable terms when booking.
Yes. Your transfer can finish at your home, hotel or another agreed address in Shepherds Bush. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details, and include additional stops in your journey details.
Contact the office with your new flight details to arrange moving your booking without a change charge. The office will confirm the accepted change. If the airport or journey changes, the revised arrangements require office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
