PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Plan the car arrival separately from your train's departure, leaving time to reach your platform.
London Euston is the West Coast Main Line terminus. Tell us your train departure and the time you want to arrive at the station, as well as your operator: Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground or Caledonian Sleeper. Our office can discuss the pickup timing with you.
Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Agree the station-side drop-off with our office, and arrange any assistance inside Euston separately with your train operator.
YOUR W12 PICKUP
Your pre-booked car can collect you from your W12 address, so you do not have to make the first leg to a local station with your luggage.
If you are being collected near a station, specify the location and your proposed pickup point. Shepherd's Bush Rail Station at Holland Park Roundabout is different from Shepherd's Bush Market Underground Station; the office can agree a practical, lawful meeting point with you.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon for an ordinary journey, an estate if you have extra luggage, or an MPV for your party. Six-passenger vehicles are offered; you can also ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the seats.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
FOR THE RETURN
For a separate London Euston to W12 collection, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward booking does not automatically secure your return.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangements and confirm any accepted change.
GOOD TO KNOW
The car journey, station assistance and rail ticket each have their own arrangements.
The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full W12 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
Arrange railway assistance inside Euston separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs for the car journey, including limited walking or an accompanying carer.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let us know in advance so we can coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
