PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Plan your car arrival around the time you need for your onward connection.
London Liverpool Street is on Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Give the office your train departure details and the time you want to arrive at the station. Allow time to reach the concourse and your onward departure area; your arrival target is not the train departure time.
Liverpool Street Underground serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Check your onward service and allow time to reach it from the car arrival area. The station lists a lift between street level, mezzanine and concourse.
YOUR W12 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your W12 address saves you the journey to a local station with your luggage. You will still need to reach your onward departure area once at Liverpool Street.
If your pickup is at Shepherd's Bush Rail Station, specify the station on Holland Park Roundabout, W12 8LB. Shepherd's Bush Central and Shepherd's Bush Market are different Underground stations, so name the right one if arranging a pickup there.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; for seven or eight-plus passengers, enquire with the office.
Share the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the combined party and load.
RETURN JOURNEY
For collection from London Liverpool Street, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number and the street-level exit you expect to use. The office will agree the car meeting point with you separately.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised arrangement and obtain confirmation that the change has been accepted. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and agreed extras. Send your full W12 pickup address, destination, date, requested station-arrival time, train service, passenger count and luggage details. Include any extra stop or return plan.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside the station separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. Liverpool Street lists a lift between street level, mezzanine and concourse.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can plan the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; optional escort assistance inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
