If you are arranging collection at Shepherd's Bush Rail Station, identify it clearly: it is at Holland Park Roundabout, W12 8LB, and is distinct from Shepherd's Bush Market Underground Station. Agree a safe, accessible meeting point with the office.

Choose for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a larger party may need an MPV or minivan. The right choice depends on the combined passenger and luggage load.
Give the office the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A carer travelling with you also needs a seat.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from London King's Cross to W12, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your specific journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and timing, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you need.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and boarding needs when planning the journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance. Tell the office what help you need; this does not affect assistance drivers are legally required to provide. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement: discuss the help and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and space for a folding chair and other luggage.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
