Allow for the walk to your departure area. Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, and Terminus Place for set-down only.

A pre-booked car can collect you from home in W12, avoiding the need to get yourself and your luggage to a local station first. You will still need to make your way to your departure area at Victoria.
If a station is your pickup point, identify it precisely: Shepherd's Bush Rail Station is at Holland Park Roundabout, W12 8LB. Shepherd's Bush Central and Shepherd's Bush Market are different stations. The office can agree a suitable meeting point with you.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth discussing if you have extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger arrangements. Tell us the number and size of cases, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN TO W12
Arrange a separate return from Victoria
For a return from London Victoria to W12, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, as well as a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same vehicle for the return.

We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
