Arriving at London Marylebone
Marylebone station is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Plan your car arrival with time to reach your train and arrange any railway assistance separately.
Railway assistance meeting point
Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point. Arrange railway assistance with the operator separately from your car, and allow time to reach the meeting point before your train departs.
Plan your W12 pickup and station arrival
Your pickup may be a home or another address in Shepherd's Bush or White City. Give the office the exact address and any useful entrance details so the collection can be arranged for the right place.
Shepherd's Bush Rail Station is at Holland Park Roundabout, W12 8LB; it is distinct from Shepherd's Bush Market Underground Station. If either is your pickup, specify which station you mean. A home pickup avoids the journey to a local station with your luggage, although you will still need to make your way through Marylebone.
Tell us your train service and the time you want to arrive at Marylebone, not just the train's departure time. Allow for reaching the platform and any assistance you have arranged.
Arrange a separate return to W12
For a collection from London Marylebone to W12, give the office your arriving Chiltern service and its origin, date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the railway assistance meeting point is not automatically the car collection point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss and agree any revised collection arrangement. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

How do I get a quote for W12 to Marylebone?

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss any additional escort inside a building and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
