Waiting or changes can affect the cost of a separate return, which does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Barnes station is on Station Road, Barnes, Greater London, SW13 0HT; Barnes Bridge station is at The Terrace, Barnes, Greater London, SW13 0NP. If either is your landmark, specify which one and the actual collection point so the office can identify it.

For home and work, give us the door, building or proposed meeting point. A landmark does not grant permission to stop or enter private property. If access or walking is difficult, we can discuss a lawful, workable alternative; please stay reachable if a door or road becomes unavailable.

We can discuss a lawful, workable meeting point. Tell us which building and entrance you need and about any access or walking difficulty, and stay reachable if a door or road is unavailable. A landmark does not give permission to enter private property or stop in a restricted place.

Can my employer pay for an ordinary booking?

Yes. An employer can pay for an ordinary booking by card or cash; an approved account is not required. For a business account, the office reviews the application and agrees authorised bookers, billing and receipts separately. Monthly billing is offered with the cycle and credit terms agreed on approval; an application does not automatically grant credit. Passenger and arranger communications can be kept distinct.

When is my work journey confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Our office can discuss the arrangement and its price before acceptance.
