London King's Cross is on Euston Road and is separate from St Pancras International. Give the office your rail operator and service, and the time you want to arrive at the station—not just your train's departure time. Allow time to get to your departure area.
King's Cross has step-free access to all platforms. The main concourse has a family lounge, and the Elphick Room is a mobility assistance lounge. Arrange any railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR CR4 STARTING POINT
A pre-booked car collects you from your CR4 address, so you don't need to carry your luggage to a local railway station first. You'll still need to make your way from the station drop-off to your departure area.
If comparing a rail journey, check which starting station is practical for your address: Mitcham Eastfields is on Eastfields Road, while Mitcham Junction is on Carshalton Road. They are separate stations, and getting to either from home is an additional part of your journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a larger party, with bags considered alongside seats.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the whole load.
ON THE WAY HOME
For a collection from London King's Cross to your CR4 address, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time. Include a reachable contact number and agree a suitable car meeting point separately.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the collection. A requested change is not agreed until the office accepts it; applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request a quote online or call the office on 020 8870 8888; you don't need to install an app. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside King's Cross separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about mobility, boarding or walking needs so it can plan the car journey with you.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
