Set a station-arrival target before your train departs, leaving time to reach your departure area.
London Liverpool Street is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Tell the office when you want to arrive at the station, rather than just your train departure time. Follow station signs after drop-off; do not rely on a specific private-hire bay.
Allow time to enter the concourse and reach your departure area. A lift links street, mezzanine and concourse levels. Liverpool Street Underground station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines.
STARTING IN CR4
A pre-booked car collects you from your address, avoiding the need to reach a local station and change with your luggage. Allow time after the drop-off to reach your departure area inside Liverpool Street.
Mitcham Eastfields on Eastfields Road and Mitcham Junction on Carshalton Road are different stations. If comparing rail options, your starting address matters when deciding which is practical; give KB your full pickup address for the car quote.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office: an estate is an option for extra luggage. Ask about executive, minivan and luxury options too. Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a separate return from London Liverpool Street to CR4, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point before you travel; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised arrangements with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility or boarding needs when planning the car.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
