YOUR STATION DEPARTURE
Choose a station arrival time that leaves you room to reach your departure area and arrange any assistance you need.
Tell us your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to reach London Bridge. Your station arrival target should be earlier than your train departure: the street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which are above the main entrance level, so allow time to get to yours.
The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse. Tell the office about your bags or mobility needs for the car journey, and arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR CR4 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your CR4 address for the journey to London Bridge, rather than requiring you to make your way to a local station with your luggage.
Mitcham Eastfields on Eastfields Road and Mitcham Junction on Carshalton Road are different stations. If you are comparing rail options, your starting address matters; for your KB Cars quote, give us the actual pickup address.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, while seven or more passengers can be arranged by enquiry.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help select a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return collection separately with the office. London Bridge station's address covers Tooley Street and St Thomas Street, so tell us your intended exit along with your train operator, service origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train or exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a revised arrangement and agree it with the office.
GOOD TO KNOW

Your quote is based on the journey you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and timing, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plan so the office can quote for the right arrangement.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside London Bridge separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and access needs when arranging your journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
