London Paddington is on Praed Street; the APCOA car-park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road. Waiting is not permitted at the drop-off. Give the office your requested station arrival time as well as your train departure, allowing time for the road approach and getting to your platform.
A staffed assistance drop-off point is listed on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your access needs when arranging the car.
A pre-booked car collects you from your address in Mitcham, so you do not first have to reach a local station with your luggage.
Mitcham Eastfields on Eastfields Road and Mitcham Junction on Carshalton Road are different stations. If you are comparing rail options, your starting address matters; check the journey from the station that suits you.

A return from London Paddington to CR4 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, together with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
Railway assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your train operator. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and access needs too, so the car arrangement can take them into account.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
