Victoria Coach Station is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. It is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, with separate Departures and Arrivals buildings. For your outward journey, head to Departures and follow the monitors to your gate.
Give us your coach operator, service and departure time, and plan to reach Departures by the operator’s requested arrival or check-in time. UK and international arrangements can differ, so follow your ticket and contact your coach operator with timetable enquiries.
A pre-booked pickup from your Mitcham address takes you to Victoria Coach Station without first getting yourself and your bags to a rail station. You will still need to make your way inside to the departure facilities.
Mitcham Eastfields Rail Station is on Eastfields Road, while Mitcham Junction Rail Station is on Carshalton Road. They are different starting points: your address matters when deciding how practical it is to reach a station with your luggage.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Give us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
A return from Victoria Coach Station to CR4 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same vehicle for the return.
If your coach or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a change and obtain confirmation that the office has accepted the revised arrangement and any charge. Waiting may be chargeable; ask the office about the applicable terms.

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it and sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Assistance inside the station is separate from your car booking; contact your coach operator to arrange it. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters, whose help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building can be discussed separately, including any agreed cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
