Your requested arrival time at the station should be earlier than your train departure. Allow for the route through the concourse, any assistance and your onward connection when agreeing the target with our office.
Assistance and onward connections
Passenger Assistance meets on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. Allow time to reach the assistance point, platform or onward connection you need.
YOUR CR4 STARTING POINT
A home pickup in Mitcham
Mitcham Eastfields on Eastfields Road and Mitcham Junction on Carshalton Road are different stations. Your home address determines which is the more practical starting point if you choose to travel by rail.
With KB Cars, arrange a pickup from your address instead of first travelling to a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way through Waterloo to your onward departure area or exit.

Choose space for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage. For a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus options; the right choice depends on the whole party and its combined load.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Include an accompanying carer in the passenger count so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN COLLECTION
Planning the journey back to CR4
For a separate return from London Waterloo to CR4, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with your contact number and intended exit. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangements. A requested change is not settled until the office accepts and confirms it; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full CR4 pickup address, Waterloo destination, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop.
Include your train service and departure time and the earlier station-arrival time you want. An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange Passenger Assistance inside Waterloo separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. The assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.
Tell our office what help you need for the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss any additional escort inside a building and its scope and cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so passengers cannot travel seated in a wheelchair.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
