BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Choose a station arrival target before your train departs, allowing time to reach your departure area and arrange any help you need. Tell our office the train service and your requested arrival time.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road and the rank approach is separate. Waiting is not permitted in the station drop-off area; discuss your drop-off arrangements with the office.
Paddington has a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange help inside the station with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars what you need for the car journey.
YOUR STARTING POINT
New Malden station is on Coombe Road, New Malden, KT3 4PX. A pickup from your KT3 address takes you straight to Paddington without first making your way to New Malden station with your luggage.
If your onward journey is to Heathrow, Paddington has Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line connections. Allow time at the station for your onward departure and arrange your rail ticket separately.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
RETURN JOURNEY
For collection from London Paddington to KT3, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, date and expected arrival time, and a contact number. Call 020 8870 8888 or request a quote; the office will agree a suitable car meeting point separately.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office. The booker or authorised contact can request a change; the office must agree and confirm any revised collection and charge. Waiting may be chargeable; ask the office about the applicable terms.
GOOD TO KNOW
The car, station assistance and onward rail journey are distinct arrangements.
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full KT3 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Arrange station assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility or boarding needs and anyone accompanying you so we can plan the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office in advance what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
