Passengers and luggage need to be considered together, so share the number and sizes of your bags as well as any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs, child seats, pets or assistance needs.

Give the full pickup address and the entrance or meeting point you want to use. If a door is private, closed or difficult to reach, tell the office and stay reachable while we agree a safe, lawful alternative. Share gate codes and access instructions privately in the booking conversation.
New Malden station is on Coombe Road, New Malden, Greater London, KT3 4PX. National Rail classifies its platform access as step-free category B1; check the approach and current assistance details for your journey. Tell the office if limited walking or guidance affects your meeting point.

What should I include for an airport or station transfer?
Give us the exact pickup and destination, date and time, station or terminal, and relevant train or flight details. For a collection, say where you expect to meet. Include passenger numbers, luggage and any assistance needs so the office can agree a suitable arrangement.
What if I do not know when I will be ready to return?
You can contact us when you are ready, reserve a driver to wait, or arrange an approximate separate return. A car booked when ready is subject to availability, not guaranteed immediately. Reserved waiting is chargeable under the agreed terms. For a separate return, contact the office if you are delayed; waiting or changes can affect the price, and the outward car is not automatically retained.
When is my New Malden journey confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not acceptance. The booker or authorised contact can request changes to the time, addresses, stops, passengers, vehicle or terminal. Acknowledgement of a request is not acceptance: wait for the office to confirm the revised arrangement and any charge. For a time-critical change, call if your message has not been acknowledged.
Can you help with limited walking or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge in advance. Tell the office what help you need so we can plan a suitable arrangement. Extra help inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed; this does not affect required disability assistance. KB does not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable, not with the passenger seated in it.
