BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Choose the right station and allow time between the car set-down and your onward departure.
London Victoria railway station is on Victoria Street, London SW1V 1JU. Victoria Coach Station is a separate walk away, so check your ticket and give us the right destination. Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection and Terminus Place for set-down only.
Tell us your train operator, destination and departure, and the time you want to arrive at the station—not just the train departure time. Allow for the walk from the car to your onward departure area. Victoria Underground connects with the Victoria, District and Circle lines.
YOUR STARTING POINT
New Malden station is on Coombe Road, New Malden, KT3 4PX. If you choose to travel by rail, you will first need to reach the station from your starting address and plan your onward journey to Victoria.
A pre-booked pickup from your KT3 address takes you directly to Victoria railway station without the initial trip to New Malden station. You will still need to make your way inside Victoria to your onward departure.

Tell us the number of passengers and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can help plan the vehicle around the combined load, not just the seats.
COMING HOME
For a return from London Victoria to KT3, give our office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point with you separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request an update. The office must accept and confirm the revised arrangement; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like arranged.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Victoria's passenger assistance guidance directs travellers to Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern, as appropriate.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
