What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Liverpool Street is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging your journey.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and space for a folding chair.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
