The driver must stop lawfully and safely. If a closure or private access affects the door, stay reachable so the office can agree a workable alternative. If you cannot walk to a revised point, tell us so we can discuss your needs.
Can you help if I have limited walking or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help and boarding arrangements you need so a suitable vehicle and driver can be arranged.
An escort inside a building is assessed separately, and the arrangements and any cost are agreed with you. KB does not currently offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles or promise weight-bearing lifting or clinical care.
