The coach station is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations, so make sure your destination is clear.
Check your operator’s instructions
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP. Check your coach service details and the operator’s requested check-in arrangements.
Plan for your coach connection
A pickup from your Worcester Park address takes you and your luggage to the coach station without first making your way to the rail station. You will still need to make your way inside the coach station to your departure gate.
Plan the car journey around the arrival time requested by your coach operator, not just the coach departure time. Allow for check-in and getting to the gate, and contact your operator with timetable enquiries.
Returning from Victoria Coach Station to KT4
Arrange your return collection separately, whether or not you travelled outward with KB Cars. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service, date and arrival time, along with a contact number for the day. We will agree a suitable meeting point with you.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request a change and agree any revised arrangements. Waiting may be chargeable; ask the office about the applicable terms.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, and tell us about any extra stop.
Include your coach service and the station-arrival time requested by its operator, so the office can plan the pickup around your connection.
What if I need help inside the station?
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell our office what help you need; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed with you.
Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters. Station assistance is separate from your car booking; contact your coach operator to arrange assistance, and note that porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
